GOOD HABITS FOR GOOD DAY

“We first make our habits, and then our habits make us” 

The Morning

STEP1:

Wake up early (i.e., b/n 5:30 & 6:00 am)from bed as it makes you healthy , wealthy as well sa wise.And that is not merely an age-old saying.It really works in ur daily life too...


 STEP2:
Do some brief yoga asanas, pranayama, exercise, aerobics, walking, swimming, stretching, breathing exercise etc like Surya Namaskar. Regular daily exercises increases the body’s stamina and resistance to diseases by facilitating the immune system, clearing all channels, promoting circulation, elimination process and destroying unhealthy fat.
STEP3: 
Reading news paper to have an idea of what is happening in our community and the world.
make a list with today work.

STEP4:
Had your freshup. Drink 1-2 glasses of warm around one hour before and one hour after each meal. This will help to get freshness and new energy, and help for digestion and metabolism process and to stimulate our bowels to move.
STEP5:
Go to ur works, Since work consumes at least one-third part of our lives and success or failure in our profession affects self-confidence, self-worth, it is important that the nature of work match well with our natural nature or prakriti.
STEP5:
Best time to eat lunch is between 12 noon and 1pm as this is the peak Pitta period and Pitta is responsible for digestion. Ayurveda recommends that lunch be the largest meal of the day. Try to eat fresh food and make an effort to eat consciously, concentrate on how the food tastes and on fully chewing up to 30 times our food.
NOTE:After meal healthy to take a short walk to aid digestion for 5-10 min or at least 100 steps.
STEP6:
After completion of all ur work, you must spend some time with ur family.watch ur favorite programs on T.v.
STEP7:
 meal recommended to be lighter than lunch (less calorie food), don't sleep immediatly after the meal as it leads to obesity.
STEP8:
Review ur day through questions like:
Did i get closer to achieve my goals?
Did i completed my today list?
Did my day goes as i planned?If not why?
STEP9:
 Fall in sound sleep before8:30pm ideal, 9pm good, 10pm is good enough, if we are strong and our health still quite good.
